Shortly after Steve Jobs left the stage at Apple’s Special Event, The MacJury convened to review the announcements. Starting with Apple’s decision to stream the event, and the success and implications of that stream over both Mac and iDevices, the panel review everything that was shown. The new High Dynamic Range photography option of iOS 4.1, new Game Center options, new iPod shuffle, nano and touch models, iTunes 10 with the new Ping social network, TV show rentals and a new Apple TV all were entered into evidence and contemplated by the panel of Dave Hamilton, Chuck La Tournous, Don McAllister, Omaha Sternberg and host Chuck Joiner.

The MacJury continue their deliberations of Apple’s “It’s Only Rock & Roll” event by reviewing the new Home Sharing feature, discussing whether the iTunes Store redesign is a step forward, backward or sideways, and what the return of Steve Jobs means for future announcements. With the new version of iTunes, arranging your iPhone apps is no longer a frustrating game, apps can be shared between Macs, and the new album format premiers.
